HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
By signing up for the subscription, we'll send your order on the frequency set at checkout. You can make any adjustments to your subscription including skipping orders or changing the frequency directly in your account. You'll also get up to 30% off on each order.
You can adjust delivery dates, change your frequency or cancel your plan at anytime in your account or by emailing us at hello@livewholier.com. Your happiness is our guarantee!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
You will be sent tracking information once the order has shipped out and orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Due to the influx of packages in the USPS supply chain, some orders may take longer than this allotted timeframe. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@livewholier.com if you're experiencing an unusual delay with your shipment.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
To access your account through our website portal, all you have to do is go to the login page and set a password for your account with the email attached to your subscription.

IF I SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION, WILL IT RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically and a new shipment will be sent according to the frequency you chose. We send reminder emails (and texts if you sign up) three days before orders process so you can make any necessary changes.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription directly in your account or by emailing us at hello@livewholier.com. You can re-activate at any time directly in your account.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE?
You can adjust delivery dates or skip upcoming deliveries by logging into your account via the link provided in emails or through the portal on our website. Then go to the "Delivery Schedule" section. From there, you can choose to skip a delivery or edit a delivery date.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We manufacture our products in the U.S. with food-based nutrients sourced from around the world. You can see the countries we source our nutrients from on the Ingredients page of our website.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY ALLERGENS?
All of our vegan nutrition products are non-GMO and free of dairy, gluten, soy, carrageenan, gums and fillers. You can see the full ingredient list for each supplement on their individual page by clicking "NUTRITION FACTS" or "SUPPLEMENT FACTS" depending on the product located directly below the add-to-cart button.
WHAT TESTING DO YOU DO ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
We take the quality of our supplements very seriously. Each batch of our daily supplements is third-party tested multiple times during the manufacturing process including the finished product. These tests confirm three things: what’s on the label is in the product, the product is safe based on toxicology reports, and there are no contaminants or undeclared ingredients. We test our products in agreement with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure strength, identity, purity, and composition of the supplements.

Standard 3-5 day shipping in the continental US is $4.99. Orders $45+ ship for free!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders received before 12PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders received after 12PM EST ship the next business day.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to addresses and PO boxes across the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, Puerto Rico and the other U.S Territories.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We don't currently ship internationally, but we’re working on making it happen soon.

Sustainability
IS YOUR PACKAGING PLANET-FRIENDLY?
All of our products are made with sustainable materials - our bottles are made from glass, not single-use plastics, and our pouches use compostable materials or carbon-negative sugarcane, which are fully recyclable.
If you choose our Multi supplement, your first subscription order comes in a glass bottle, and any refills will be delivered in compostable pouches as part of our plant-friendly refill system.
HOW DOES THE REFILL SYSTEM WORK FOR THE MULTI?
For our Multi supplement, to reduce waste, you can hold onto the bottle you receive with your first order and use the compostable refills to refill your glass bottles.
